You're as cuddly as a cactus...

Mr. Grinch is Ian's favorite toy. Some of you have met him as he goes with us on EVERY trip. I don't know why Mr. Grinch has always been the favorite but he's traveled the country with us and is an absolute must for bed time. Here are just a few cute pics my mom took with Ian and Mr. Grinch...who is looking kind of raggedy these days but is still lovable apparently.

P.S. As I was putting this post together Ian was sitting on my lap...until he saw me upload the pictures...then he immediately got down, ran to his room and returned with...Mr. Grinch of course.

Baby kitty

Ava loves the garage and spends a good deal of time in there chasing bugs and avoiding Ian. She has also found that in the garage is a nice comfy place for her to sleep....a stroller. What a baby!

A new sport

My mom picked up this club and ball at the dollar store and it was well worth the money. Ian's been hitting the ball all over the house (we'll try outdoors when we get a good day) and of course we are working on only hitting the ball with the club...it's just so tempting to use it on other things. Luckily Alexis has been spared being clubbed so far. And I honestly can't remember why he had no shirt on. I'm sure we had just cleaned up some mess.

What a good Big Brother

This is exactly why I keep the camera out downstairs. I was finished feeding Alexis yesterday when I went over to the sink for a second and heard Ian giggling behind me. I turned around and there he was feeding the baby. Luckily my mom was there to see it too. Ian really is very helpful. He's learned to throw garbage away and put dishes in the sink when he's done with them (although dishes sometimes end up in the garbage too). He likes to wipe Alexis' mouth when she's done eating and apparently now he likes to try to feed her! What a good big brother!

A Rough Life

Apparently playing in the activity center is so much fun it's exhausting! Alexis was in here while I was on the computer one day and I wondered why I hadn't heard any noise from her for a little bit...hmmm...it's rough being a baby.
